What is your bond‑back guarantee?

If your property manager isn't satisfied with any area we cleaned, let us know and we'll come back and re‑clean it at no extra cost.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Many customers leave a key or arrange access with the agent. Just tell us how we'll get in when you book.

Can you also clean the carpets?

Yes. Carpet steam cleaning can be added to the same booking, and many agents expect it at the end of a lease.

How much does end of lease cleaning cost?

Fixed prices from $329 for a studio or 1 bedroom, $379 for 2 bedrooms, $465 for 3 bedrooms and $609 for 4 bedrooms, including GST and our bond‑back guarantee. New customers get 10% off their first clean when they book online.

How long does an end of lease clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the property. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Fairfield and clean homes within about 30 km, from the Sydney CBD to Penrith, Campbelltown and the Hills District.

When can you clean?

Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. We're closed on Sundays.
